Organizing my work

Is there a software package or a method in office where I can expand and
collapse (using "+" and "-") a list and print it out showing any desired
detail? It might be nice to convert this list to a data base. Thank you.

Please feel free to try orGenta, new software that I am developing that
features a TreeView of categories and automatic item categorization!
Although it's shareware, I am allowing free registration for this first
