Out Of office

We have exchange server for the POP3 and IMAP clients,
occassionaly "Out Of office" is setup but no Out Of Office
message gets returned, when I login to the user's mailbox
with outlook the "Out of Office" is still active.

In many cases if I deleted the mailbox and recreate it
works again.

Please provide some solutions, if you have seen this
problem before.

I am having the same problem, we are running Small Bus
Server 2003 and I found info to go to the Exchange Server
and change the setting to allow outside auto responses. I
did this, but I still cannot get the Out of Office rules
to work. Fixing that setting may help for you.
