Outllibr.dll is not a valid Windows image

I've set up an Office 2003 administrative installation point. (It's the first
time I've tried to do this.) From a client (Windows XP) I've run setup from
the installation point and chose the option to run from the network. So far,
so good, and the apps are all running build 5606.

Using the procedure "To apply an update to an Office administrative
installation point" from the article "Strategies for Updating Office 2003
Installations", I tried to update the install point from SP1. I think it
worked correctly, but...

When I got back to the client, I started Outlook and got no errors until I
clicked on "Help about..." at which point I get 3 errors stating,
"Outllibr.dll is not a valid Windows image." After these 3, when I check the
build, it's still at 5606 but it should have been at 6360.

I couldn't find anything on the net. Anybody have any ideas?
