This dialog box is popping up every time one of our users tries to attach a
file to an email. It pops up as soon as the attachment button is clicked.
She uses Word as her email editor. If she cancels out of it, it allows her
to attach the file.
How is this turned off? I've tried (in Word) Tools > Options > General tab
to see if the "Confirm conversion at Open" option was checked, but is was
not. I've also checked her Word Startup folder on her C drive to see if it
contained any unusual files (it was empty). Thanks for any help you can
provide.
