Outlook 2002 problem

I've just had Outlook 2002 installed. When I save an
email in MSG file type on the local disk, I don't seem to
be able to open it with Outlook 2002 by double-clicking
the MSG file. There is always an error, Microsoft
Outlook has encountered a problem and has to close...
Any idea why?
