Outlook 2003 attachment bar

Does anyone know how to activate the attachment bar in
outlook so when adding attachments they do not appear in
the message body but in the bar at the top of the email.

Change your message format from Rich Text to HTML or Plain Text;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
