Outlook 2003 Attachments

I am running Outlook 2003. Here is the problem:

when using HTML email an attachment does not attach
if the email format is RTF then the attachment attaches.

I have tested this with MS-Word docuemtns.

Try zipping your attachment file with Winzip or Winrar. Incoming
Outgoing attachment which is zipped can get through. By default Offic
2003 is fixed in disallowing attachment files with extension exe. Etc.
Security takes precedence so it says.

Also Office 2003 has no IME update. So if you want to edit in Eas
Asian Language, you can’t, unless you get an Office2003 with Microsof
Office Multilingual Interface (Mui) Pack .
