In outlook 2003, I have two calendars. But whenever I
open outlook, only one of them opens, and I have to
manually click the checkbox of the other one to have it
open. Any ideas on how to change that so they both open
when outlook starts?

We have same issue and it is a request in the organization to be solved. I thought Microsoft reviewed the newsgroups and replied sometimes.

It's not possible currently - it's on the wish list and to improve the
chances that it makes it in, write to (e-mail address removed). Use Outlook as
the subject and tell them you want this capability added, and include a
reason why it would be useful.
