Outlook 2003 - data file open

I have 6 data files set up in Outlook 2003. One of them always starts open.
I have tried closing the data file and then outlook, both maximised and
minimised, but cannot fix it.

It is probably something simple, but can anyone tell me how to close this
one file, so that it is closed when Outlook starts?
