Outlook 2003 - Lost all messages and contacts

In an effort to resolve a start up issue with Outlook 2003, I ran "detect and
repair" under the help menu. I had it discard customized setting. When
starting Outlook again, I had to start from scratch (configuring the mail
account...) I've lost all of my contacts and mail messages. Is it possible
to get these back?

Thanks,
Matt

Thanks. That worked. I now have two Personal Folders showing in my Folder
List. Is there a way to merge these, or delete the one I don't need. I'll
need to make sure that my incoming mail messages end up in the remaining
folder as well.

I'll
need to make sure that my incoming mail messages end up in the remaining
folder as well.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next and specify your original PST as the
delivery location in the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location"
drop-down at the lower left. Stop and restart Outlook. Then you can move
the contents of the folders in the extra PST to your default folders and
close the extra PST with right-click>Close.
