Very strange problem. Outlook 98 automatically changes my
pop server name to "localhost" and places my pop server
name after my login name. Outlook does this everytime i
send and recieve email.

Can someone help me with this?

You have a personal firewall or antivirus product installed that scans pop
mail as it is downloaded. You would need to disable that feature in their
program to have your settings stick in Outlook.

Due to the Swen virus, all e-mails sent to this account will be deleted
w/out reading.
