Outlook - Date of Deletion

IDoes Microsoft include a Date/Timestamp on deleted messages?

I know that the "Deleted Items" folder is NOT a storage bin for emails,
so I do not need replies about the logic of needing this data. I do,
however, need evidence that proves the exact date, and preferrable the
time, that an item was deleted.

Outlook doesn't keep any record of that, AFAIK.

Are you sure? Last time I looked, Modified didn't seem to change when I deleted something.
