Outlook Express

When I click onto a link it appears BEHIND Outlook Express. It's on the task
bar and that's how I know it's there. I have to minimize OE and put it on
the task bar to view the page that the clicked link led me to. Anyone know
the solution?

OE isn't a part of Office. There are some very helpful MVPs over in the
Outlook Express newsgroup. I would suggest you try posting your question
over there.
