I setup a new Tasks folder in outlook. I customized it with certain
fields that I wanted. The problem lies in that when another user on
another machine accesses that same Tasks folder, the fields I created
on mine are default fields on the other machine. Is there a way to
create a Tasks folder, and force certain fields so that I don't have
to customize every single machine that I want to be able to see these
same fields?
