Outlook Folder List Disappears

E

el three

In Outlook 2002, when you click on an email message, all
contents of the opened Folder List disappear (leaving two
folders), so you can't drag an item to a folder.

Any ideas of what to check? Should I delete the .NK2 file?

Thanks.

That's an odd one. The .NK2 file has nothing to do with the Folder List --
it's the AutoComplete cache for addressing mail messages -- so deleting that
file would do no good. The only thing I can think of for you to try is a
Detect and Repair operation. You can find the command on the Help menu in
Outlook or any other installed Office product (Word, etc.). Make sure you
have your Office CD handy.
