Outlook Help looking for CD

When I try to get Microsoft Outlook Help under the Help
Menu it says its looking for a Microsoft Professional CD.
Error 1706. The only thing I've done recently is to
install updates online from Microsoft. The Microsoft
website selected the updates. Thanks!!!
