Outlook is deleting or archiving my emails after two weeks

I need to have these emails for my work. I cannot be looking around for
them, or not have them at all.

Please help me figure out where these emails are going so I can stop it.

Tools > Options> Other > Autoarchive > UNCHECK Deleted Mail and definately
UNCHECK Permantly delete old items.

I have these items unchecked, however, autoarchive is still moving my mail to
an unknown place. My archive folder is empty. HELP!
