I'm having a problem with users' Outlook not auto resolving their new mail
server after their mailbox is moved. In the past, we would move mailboxes
between servers and Outlook would automatically resolve where the mailbox was
moved to. However, now Outlook does not seem to do this. If a user goes into
the Outlook configurations and simply deletes one character from the name of
the old server that the client was pointing to, the Outlook client then
resolves the new server.
Any ideas how to solve this?
