M.B

Hi everyone,

I have an annoying problem with outlook,
Every time I try to open it it displays the outlook logo screen then nothing
happens.

and I have tried to access my mailbox from anothe machine and I get the same
thing.

Also I get the error message WMSIdle not responding when I log off.

Any help please will be very appreciated.

What version? I'm guessing 2000, because of the wmsidle error, but we need
to know for sure - we also need to know if you are using corp. or internet
mode.

did you try deleting outcmd.dat?
