Outlook Problems

I just downloaded the Office XP updates that we on the
update site and now Outlook hangs when it tries to load.
This happens in both regular and safe mode. The file does
not look damaged but I cannot seem to fix it. Any ideas?

I got mine to work by launcing Outlook from Internet
Explorer in safe mode. I then exited and re-launched from
the task bar and all seems to work.
