Outlook will not display picture

We have a user with Outlook XP that is unable to view an
image that has been pasted into a message. She had been
able to view these messages but something has happened
that will not allow her to see the image.
She can see where the image should be. If you edit the
message you can copy the image and paste it into Word and
then view it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did this start just last week? I have similar problem. We are running Exchange Server 5.5 and Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. I have tried several things but nothing has helped.

What fils can you not open? JPG, GIF, or any others? I can do Save As... and still open the file but not directly from Outlook. Is you problem exactly the same

Is your computer configured for auto updates (Windows XP)? I believe its because one of those updates from last week because thats the only thing that has changed.

It did start last week. The computer with the problem is a
Windows 2000 with Office XP. No updates were done last
week. The files it won't display are screen shots sent
from another user. It worked until last week. Now even the
files that were sent weeks ago don't work.

I have the same problem. (html format chosen)
Do you also experience that the second image will be
displayed anyway if you insert more than one ?
