How can I change the default "untitled" to "US Letter"so I
don't have to go to page set up to make the change for
printing every document?

Make sure that Windows default language is US English, then open normal.dot
for editing and change the page size there. Add a character to the text
space, delete it, so that Word sees the changes, then save.
