Paste closes image color

When copying an image from Visio and pasting it into Power Point, some of the
boxes and other shapes loose it background color. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I don't have visio here. However, you might want to try copying the object in
Visio, then go to PowerPoint and click Edit > Paste Special. Instead of using
"Microsoft Visio Drawing Object", use something like Picture (windows
metafile) and see if it works.

Also, Method 4 here shows you how to save Visio drawing as an image (which
you can insert into ppt):
