.pdf file cannot be seen on my web

Bigger, 4-pager adobe file cannot be seen on my web! I linked it all the way down to file.pdf path, but it shows blank page. Originally it was made in publisher as a newsletter and converted to adobe 6.0. Help.

If Acrobat Reader starts up, the white page is probably due to slow loading
of the text. Wait (up to 5 minutes) and the text should appear.

I've had newsletters that take up to 20 minutes on a dial-up. (The September
issue is the one with the budget info in it and tends to run much longer.)
