Posting an Excel file

I would like to post an excel (Member Listing) file on my web site, so that
members could download it and print out copies for there use.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,
Bill

Import the Excel file into your web and create a link to it. It will open in
their browser and then they can save it to their hard drive and print it. If
you just want them to download it, zip it and import the zip file into your
web.

Heres another way.

Download a pdf creation program like "pdffactory" (
http://www.fineprint.com/ ) . Its free if you don't mind the un-obtrusive
line at the bottom that mentions pdffactory. Otherwise you can buy it and
get rid of this line.

After installing, this program will show up as an option when you go to
print from Excell. You can save it as a pdf file which you can than link to
from your webpage. The user can then print out a nice clean copy(s).
