PowerPoint--Locking Text Box

How can I lock text box in powerpoint in order to prevent other from changing
my document?

In PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 you can assign a Modify password. When you
distribute the presentation don't tell the user what the password is and they
will only be able to open it as "Read Only". No editing can be done.
