Print / Save question

I am using Word 2000. I opened a document created in an earlier version of Word or Wordperfect that has already been converted to Word 2000 and saved, then made changes, saved, and printed. When I then close the document it asks me if I want to save changes. There haven't been any changes since the last save, the only thing I did was print to the default printer.

I never see this happen with documents I have created in Word 2000. It only seems to happen with documents that have been converted from a prior word processor

Is there some setting I need to change within the document so that it will not think I have made changes when all I did after the save was print?
