Printing envelopes

Is there a way to permanently remove a default return
address so it doesn't print (other than deleting it
manually every time or clicking on the Omit option)? I
want the box to be blank.

DF, Word picks up this information from the Mailing address field on the
User Information tab of the Options dialog box (at least Word 2000 does).
Pull down the Tools menu and > Options > User Information. Delete the
address from the Mailing address field, then OK.
