Printing Gantt and Resource Usage on same page

New member, and would like to thank anyone for their help in advance.

I'm working with Project 2007, and I have my Gantt chart setup, and my
resource usage setup, but I would like to print them on the same page
so that they're related to each other.

Also, when I print just the resource usage, it adds 10 months worth of
columns that have no information tied to them, and that are after my
final completion date. I haven't been able to setup the resource usage
to print just the months within the project start and finish.

I apologize if these questions have been asked before, but I spent a
good hour digging around on the site and wasn't able to find what I'm
looking for. However, I did see a lot of info I will use in the
future. Great forum.

Hi,

You can't print two Views on the same Page I'm afraid. However once you get
more than a few tasks there isn't room anyway!

You can select File, Print and set a date range for each View. Make sure
they both use the same scale (EG weeks) and they will be very similar when
you put the two printouts together.
