how do print Project (2003) plans with a single line space?

aaccandy,
What exactly do you mean by, "single line space"? Does that mean you
don't want word wrap?

In Project "word wrap" is controlled by row height. Row height can
either be set manually by dragging row separators or for the whole view,
by going to View/Table/More Tables and then "Edit". In the lower right
corner of the Table definition window you will see a setting for row
height. If it is set to "1" you will get what I consider "single line
space".

However, row height is not controlled solely by the row height setting.
Row height can also expand if the Gantt bars have test above or below
the bar or if the Gantt bars themselves are larger than normal. Gantt
bars are controlled by either Format/Bar, Format/Bar Styles or
Format/Layout.

The answer is fine for the view on the screen but what is actually printed
and available via Preview is different.
It is the output or Preview which appears to be "double line spaced".
That is what i want to change an therby reduce the length of the printed plan.

Andy

Andy,
It sounds like your printer driver may not be up to date. If your
printer driver is compatible with Project, you should see in Print
Preview what you see in the Project view.

I would try a different printer or check on-line to see if your pinter
has a driver update.
