I've got a user that's having difficulty printing from
Outlook. HTML pages print fine, but plain text pages print
only on one column. What should be a single page comes out
as 29 pages with characters only in the first column.
Print preview exhibits this same behavior. Printing to a
different printer yields the same result. After the user
forwarded the message to me, I printed it out of the same
two printers just fine. Any suggestions?
