printing to magicolor 2300dl from publisher

The printer will print something from publisher but it is
not a true representation of what is on the screen. Is
there a setting in publisher that needs changing? We can
print from any other package with no problems!!!

Exactly what problems are you seeing?
Have you tried updating your drives from the website of the printer
manufacturer?

There are no known printing issues from any version of Publisher.

The issues you are having are with your printer driver.

Go to the website of your printer driver manufacturer and download and
install the latest printer driver for your model printer and version of
Windows.
