Problem with MSP_VIEW_* tables

The vwnotify.exe is used to update MSP_VIEW_* tables. Isn´t it? The problem
is that sometimes the information corresponding to a project is not updated
in those tables. Does anybody know which is the reason that makes this
problem occur ?
