Problems with Re-installing Groove 3.1

DeAnna

I have had to install and uninstall Groove several times now. The last
problem occured when I downloaded the Beta version when I was just supposed
to download v 3.1...since then, using the same activation key I've had all
along; I have been unable to accept invitations back to the workspace(don't
see them and on their end "waiting for delivery") I continually try to
activate my account. All appears to be activated and when I click
finish...there is no new information and no invitations.
Where did I go wrong and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks

The beta version of Groove is for Groove 2007. Please check if you installed
Groove 3.1 or Groove 2007. To check it, click Help menu > About Groove in the
Groove Lauchbar.

The latest version of Groove 3.1 can be downloaded from the following link:
http://components.groove.net/Groove/DailyBuilds/latest/OCI/Setup.htm

If you are still using Groove 3.1, the account should work fine.

If you have upgraded to Groove 2007, the account is also upgraded to Groove
2007. Please make sure that all the computer with your Groove account is
running Groove 2007 so that it can be synchronized properly. We cannot revert
back the account to Groove 3.1.

If you would like to continue use Groove 3.1, please revoke the original
license of the account and create a new Groove account to workaround it.

If installed Groove 2007 beta and removed you would not have been able to use
the same account. Once an account has been upgraded it cannot be reverted. So
if you installed 3.1 after removing the beta, you would have had to create a
new account. Even of you used the same the information, revoked the old
account and reused the same license, it would still be a new account.

Have another user remove you from their contact list. Send them a new copy
of your contact information. Then have them try and send a message back to.
If this works, have them invite you to a space.
