Project Central Server 2000 on Domain Controller

Hello. I have installed the default project 2000 central
server installation without MSSQL preinstalled. Therefore,
project installs MSSQL and configures the database.
Project central works properly as a stand alone or member
server. However, when I run dcpromo to promote the server
to a domain controller, project central server scripts no
longer work. I can connect to project central via
Internet Explorer. However, scripts like the timesheet do
not run. I would appreciate any guidance or help in
solving this problem.
