Project Headers and Printing

My question is about Project Headers and printing. Is their a way to save the
header on the file and also a way to automatically include the last time the
file was modified or saved. Thanks.

Have you tried page setup/header, and then last saved date from the drop down
list?

The last saved from date does help. But, how do I keep the header in the file
without having to replace it every time I close an reopen?

When you save the project file it should retain all the print settings that
you have set up

Hi Julian,

MS Project is definitely not saving my print setup information. The header
was missing when I went back to the project after saving and closing. Is
their an on/off "switch" for this setting. Thanks for your time.

As far as I am aware there is no switching this header save off - it works
the same as other MS applications. What version of project, and what service
pack are you using

Are you using the same View each time? Header and Footer settings are per
View so each View can have it's own settings. Alternatively are you using
Project Server? If so, you can't over-ride Enterprise View settings: get
your administrator to do it.
