Pub doc won't print

I've been printing this document - a 2 sided brochure- for
a while. Now it won't print. Other publisher documents,
word docs, etc print. I'm using Publisher 2000 and Win 98
SE and I just got a new HP deskjet 5150. I get an
error: "Publisher cannot continue printing due to an
error. For more information press F1 now." That didn't
help.

What happens if you copy/paste the publication into a brand new publication
and print?

a) Does this error occur if you print to other printers
b) Have you got the latest Service Pack for Publisher 2000?
c) Have you tried updating your printer driver (the drivers that come with
the printer are rarely the latest)

HP are the faulty lemon brand of printers and you must always expect
problems with HP garbage.

Publisher has no known printing issues in any version.

There are only faulty brands of garbage trash printers like HP and Brother.

I cannot understand people like you that spend your supposedly 1st quality
money on 5th grade gear.

Thanks for the idea -- I cut and pasted it into a new
Publisher doc, and eliminated 1 graphic of 3, 1/2" to 1"
lines. It is now printing.

Thanks for the reply. I did cut and paste the doc. into a
new Publisher document, eliminated 1 small graphic and it
is now printing, so not sure what the deal was. To answer
your questions --- This is the only printer I have. I
will upgrade service packs just to be current, and if I
have more problems, will upgrade the driver.
