Publisher 2000 & Printing

I'm running Publisher 2000 with Windows XP home edition and cannot figure out how to print on a special size envelope!
I've tried every way I can think of to get it to print correctly with no success. I'm trying to print on a size 8.5 X 6.13 envelope. Any help out there for a frustrated printer?

What ways have you tried?
Make sure to set the page size to 8.5 x 6.13 in your printer driver before
setting the page size in Publisher.
