You will need to install a PDF application such as Adobe Acrobat (the full
version, not the reader - available through www.adobe.com), PDF-Xchange from
www.docu-track.com or PDF995 from www.pdf995.com
Once that's installed, you go to File > Print, and select your PDF program
as the printer.
