We have an existing brochure created in MS Publisher and want to add a
mailing list so that when we print the brochure the name and address is
printed on the brochure. When we click on "Tools" "Mail and Catalog Merge"
everything is grayed out except for "Create an Address List" and "Edit
Address List". Why can't we use the wizard and select our Outlook Contacts as
the source of the mailing list?

If you have CMYK selected in the Commercial Printing Tools, the merge wizard will be
dimmed.
Read this article to reset your Printing Tools for your brochure. Scroll to the
bottom.
You receive a Publisher cannot continue error message when you try to print a mail
