publisher problem

Everytime I go to open a publisher file it opens in word 2003 and is all
"googlyook".
How can I fix? Tried reinstalling complete Office Professional Edition
2003 but still occurs.

Sounds like your file associations got screwed up. (I am assuming you own
Publisher, of course.)
