On my last computer which was windows 95 we had publisher
which my wife used a lot.

We now have windows xp home edition how do we get in to
publisher or do we have to buy another package also do we
have to the encarta package as well for we had encarta 95
on our last computer.

The type of computer is a emachine

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

If the software came preinstalled on your old computer, you are not normally
allowed to move it to the new computer.
If you have the discs, then you can use those to install the software on
your new computer, otherwise you will have to buy a new version, or buy your
old version off eBay.
Publisher 2003 is the current version of Publisher, and Encarta 2004 is the
current version of Encarta. They are both compatible with Windows XP Home.
