Publishing from 2 computers.

How do I publish using 2 PC's. When I transfer my website
to my laptop and then have to publsh from that laptop,
Frontpage acts as if the entire site has been updated and
wants publish/overwrite every page in the site.

Is there a way to synch the 2 PC's so Frontpage will
opnly publish what is new?

No
since the meta files on each are different
Best practice is to always publish to/from the server before you start work on each machine
