Question regarding importing from Access to outlook

I have a list in access that I would like to import to my outlook calendar. I have expiry dates and client names that I want to import only. How can I do this? thanks

When you go through the import process near the end of the import you have an option to Map fields, just map the fields that you want. I would first however do a test export from Outlook to Access to compare formats.
