Re-Installing Outlook 2000

I'm using Outlook 2000. I would like to un-install Outlook 2000 so I can re-install Outlook 2000 with all new setting. Can anyone tell me how to backup my Local Folders and restore them? Also, does the Un-install of Outlook do a complete un-install, or do I have to manually delete some files?
