If I have Outlook 2000 or Outlook XP connected to an MS Exchange Server, I
am able to go to File - Open - Open Other User's Folder and then open
someone else's Calendar, Inbox, etc... if they gave me permission and once I
have it opened, Outlook will remember so the next time I go back to File -
Open - etc... I will see it there. What happens if someone leaves the
company (or whatever) and I no longer want them there as a recently opened
folder, how do I remove them? I can't find the place that lets me remove
recently opened folders... Any help is appreciated.
