receiving email

I don't get all the email that my daughter sends. she has a .com address.
Is that a problem? Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. Her address is
in both my safe senders list and my safe recipients list.

We would have no idea. Have you contacted your ISP? Do you have web access
to your mailbox? Do they show in the webmail interface?
