In Outlook, show the new contact folder in the folder
view. Right-click and select Properties. There is a check
box for showing it as a Contact folder. Sorry - I'm not
running right now due to a problem in Outlook 2003, or
I'd be more specific. Just look around, you'll find it.
You can turn off the regular Contact folder the same way.
I'm not sure how you would do this from the server, but I
imagine there is a way to set a policy to do this, too.
