i'm trying to create a form that has "start" and "stop" buttons that, when
clicked, will record the current time in the corresponding field in a table
that the form is based on. the form and the table are associated by a 4
digit identifier which may repeat, but i only want it to update the time
field if the start or stop fields are blank.
