reinstal Office 97

I have had to do a hard-drive format and need to reinstal
my Office 97. I have the Office XP upgrade as well. It
says this program has already been istalled on previous
computers and won't let me reinstal. Now what?

Which one?

To install the Office XP upgrade you do not need to install Office 97. Just
start the installation of Office XP, when it needs a qualifying product
insert your Office 97 CD in the drive and browse to it. Office XP should
accept Office 97 as a qualifying product and continue the installation.
